I'm not going to post my exact details right now as I've already forgotten what I ate...

All I know is I was helping someone move and they brought out home made ice cream sandwhiches... Don't worry team. My health is more important than that delicious little peice of heaven. So I said no... I'd rather have done fran anyday.

Day 1
I had to travel for work to Regina where it was -41C with the windchill. Seriously! I am measuring my food as I am working to continue losing weight.

Breakfast - Ground Buffalo, Avacodo
Snack - Sardines, Almonds, Peppers
Lunch - Chicken, Caluiflower, Pistachios

Arrived in SK around 5 so no real afternoon snack and our team went out for dinner shortly after arriving.

Supper - Salad with olive oil, Roasted Veggies, Trout

Being prepared is key. I packed my lunch to eat on the plane, worked well.

Day 1 done!

Magnesium 50mg
Fish Oil 1 tbsp

Red Pepper 1 whole, large
1:00 Bison Pepperoni 2 sticks

1) Coffee, 3 eggs, ground bison

2) Salad: spinach, tomato, cucumber, ground bison, olive oil

3) Bison Pattie with salad:spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, blackberries, almonds, olive oil
Asparagus with lemon juice

4) Paleo nut bar, coconut juice
