Its another week of Pay LEE Ohhhh! people! So as Supa says, be cool stay in school and get your post's in for the week of April 18, 19, 20, 21, 22


UP: Lemon water and vit D
Breakfast: Good ol' bacon and eggs + purple cabbage
Snack: Larabar
Lunch: Chicken thighs + sweet potato + cabbage (had 1 eencee beencee girl guide cookie, FAIL- otherwise today has been a homerun)
Snack: OJ
Post wod: 30grms protein
Dinner: Chicken breast + sweet potato + cabbage
Desert: rhubarb sweetened with honey + 2 bites of coconut bliss


UP: lemon water
Breakfast: bacon & eggs
Snack: Larabar
Lunch: chicken breast + sweet potato + chicken soup w/ carrots, parsnips, onion, celery
Snack: cashews + apple
Post wod: protein shake
Dinner: WP coconut chicken + some green beans which Thor was kind enough to inform me are not paleo - they're green, I thought they were a vegetable??


UP: Lemon water (need to get more fish oil)
Breakfast: chicken soup with two eggs (I have no idea which came first but is it bad to eat them at the same time?)
Snack: 2 timbits (WEAKSAUCE! At least if I'm slow today I'll have an excuse "it was the timbits")
Lunch: chicken soup + two spicy lamb sausage (those are freakin' d e l i c i o u s, like crack cocaine good!)
Snack: 2 kiwi fruit and an applepear
Post wod: ---
Dinner:Tropical xmas chicken w/ chard and sweet potato
Desert: Coconut bliss w/ rhubarb


UP: Lemon water
Breakfast: Lamb sausage + eggs + chard
Snack: IF
Lunch: Tropical xmas chicken + chard + sweet potato

10:30 - 1 Tbsp fish oil 3 eggs, 1 turkey sausage, 1 banana with almond butter + 1 coffee.
2:30 - Post shake w/supplements
4:15- gnd bison with yam mixture. (aprox 1/2 yam)
6:30 - gnd bison with yam mixture (approx 1/2 yam)
10pm- chicken w/ small amount of wild rice, salad, calamari, 1/2 banana w/almond butter, 1 strawberry, blueberries


11:00 - turkey/ham omlete, with small fruit salad. 1 Dark roast coffe.
4:00- Post work out shake w/supplements, and 1 paleo nut ball ? (thanks Steph)
8:15- 3 Paleo meat balls, spagehtti squash, broccoli,
9:30 - Bluberries, raspberries, 1/2 banan w/almond butter


10:00- Whole food omlette with fruit, 1 coffee.
11:00- 1 Udo's oil dark chocolate bar.


2:00- Whole food omlete with fruit, 1 slice banana loaf, 1 black coffee
7:00- Post workout shake w/supplements
9:00- Steak, yams, cauliflower

8:30am) 3 scrambled eggs w/spinach & mushrooms
2pm) baked parsnip, sauteed chard & celery, bison and yam mix
6:30pm)kale/apple salad, purple cabbage coleslaw (whole foods)
8pm) salami, strawberries
10pm) halibut, cabbage, salad, calamari, 1/2 banana w/almond butter, 1 strawberry, blueberries

8:30am) 5 pcs. bacon, 2 tsp. sun is shining green superfood
12:30pm) mango chicken, kale/seaweed salad, artichoke salad, purple cabbage coleslaw (whole foods)
2pm) unsweetened soy green tea latte starbucks (my cheat)
3pm) bison sweet potato, unsweetened apple sauce
5pm) 1 of steph's paleo chocolate nut ball
8:30pm) paleo meatballs, spaghetti squash, broccoli, 1/2 banana w/almond butter, strawberries, blueberries

9am) 3 eggs, 4 celery stick w/almond butter and a tablespoon of raisins on it
3:30pm) starving and can't wait for my lunch to cook, so had 2 celery sticks w/almond butter (no raisins) and 2 medjool dates, and 4 sprouted almonds
4pm) chicken breast, broccoli, carrot
8:30pm) paleo meatballs, tomato sauce, potatoes, broccoli, banana rice muffin (gluten free from whole foods)

10:30am) 1 egg, 5 pcs organic bacon, smoothie of 1/2 banana, blueberries, coconut water, kale, sun is shining green superfood
11:30am) 2 handfuls cashews
3:30pm) Bison, sweet potato, kale, 4 dates with almond butter
9pm) steak, sweet potato, cauliflower

Been 100% paleo, just cant remember Monday


Breakfast: bacon/eggs/ fruit/ tomatoes
Lunch- chicken/squash/ salad
Dinner- Burrito bowl / coconut water Very Happy


6am WOD
Post shake- coconut milk,whey protein, rasp/ greens superfood.
snack-fruit/veggies/turkey sausage/almonds
Lunch- chicken/wrap/avocado/coconut water
Dins- chicken/ on some indian eggplant curry (reaaallly good)
and cauliflower

dessert- 4 easter eggs (dark chocolate) how do you say no to a 3 years old that is shoving them in your mouth Smile

Breakfast- eggs/bacon/fruit
Lunch- Chicken/yam mash up.
Snack- coconut milk shake with /green superfood/berries/half banana
Dinner- pretty sure going to be salmon salad at marine.Same one I have every
freaken Thursday for the last 5yrs., but its good !! lots of veggies too.


Breakfast: bacon/eggs/ coconut shake (same as one above)
Lunch: chicken/yam/ veggies/ paleo crackers
Dinner: no idea

Been a good eatting week. Going 100% all weekend till Sectionals are over, then we celebrate yahoooooo

Hey folks.. Hope everyone is doing great and getting ready for the long Easter weekend coming up!

Tuesday :
Morning sprinting routine at park
supplements + water
black coffee
meal - ground bison w/onion, chard, and mushrooms on bed of spinach and cucumber salad
snack ) boiled egg w/ sliced veggies ( cucumber, peppers and celery)
meal 2 - left over ground bison + spinach salad , cherry tomatoes and cucumber w/ olive oil / lemon dressing. Few olives
snack - green apple

black coffee
MEAL ) 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 roast chicken, cherry tomatoes, sliced red pepper, cucumber - tsp lemon + olive oil dressing w/ 3 olives
SNACK) small handful of macadamia nuts
MEAL) baked mackerel fish stuffed with shrimp, chard , mushrooms and green onions - ( did a bunch of home cooking Smile )
blackberries ( 1/2 c)

Thursday :
morning WOD
MEAL ) left over ground bison w/ steamed spinach, brussell sprouts and mushrooms + 3 olives
Americano coffee - black
MEAL ) 1 egg, 2 oz mackerel fish, some of the mushroom & onion stuffing with broccoli - 1/2 avocado
MEAL ) ahi tuna, asparagus, cucumber

Friday :
MEAL ) steak, asparagus, spinach + mushrooms
1/2 apple
