Allo bonjour pelie au peuples! Time to start tracking another week, so tighten up, post it down and get in here for regular updates!!

Up: FO +LW
B: smoothie w/ banana + coconut milk + protein powder
S: apple + cashews + larabar
L: porkchop + spinach + sweet potato puree w/ roast garlic and coconut milk + fried onions
S: cashews
PW: protein
D: yam + cabbage + home made marinara sauce

If you showed up a little earlier you might be able to get your name on the post Dream Killa!

B: 2 eggs + avocado
S: larabar + cashews
L: ground beef marinara + yam + green cabbage
S: apple + cashews
PW: protein shake
D: pork sausage + spinach + keeeen waaaa (not paleo but delicious, needed some pseudo grain) + 1 beer (I was celebrating, and it was only one...)

UP: FO + LW + glutamine
B: eggs + avocado + sweet potato
S: larabar + cashews
L: cabbage + sweet potato + beef marinara
S: cashews + cantaloupe
PW: protein
D: 1/2 roast chicken + brussel sprouts (are not a good vegetable)

UP: FO + LW + glutamine
B: egg + sausage sandwich from Timmy Ho's (FAIL!) Hows that saying go? "Failing to plan is planning to fail"? Anyhow, rest of day will be 100% pay leo.
S:cantaloup + cashew nuts


was an EPIC FAIL! I cannot even think about posting the junk food buffet that I helped myself to ALL DAY LONG. Even felt sick on Sat. Just posting so I remember not to repeat...

ohh surprise surprise, he always has to be the first!

Nice to be back posting all week.. Praying to workout all week and 100% paleo so far been successful Very Happy

prewod- 1/2 protein shake/berries/banana/bcaa/ whey protein, green superfood,coconut milk
6am WOD
(forgot the other half in fridge)

8am breaky- bacon/eggs/fruit/tomatoes
coconut water
5 drops of oil of oregano under tongue
noon lunch-chicken salad- tahini dressing/ cucumbers/cantaloupe
1 coffee
(I dipped a coconut bliss bar in my coffeee) sooooo good.
5pm WOD.
Dinner-salmon/prawns/veggies. camomile tea (my birthday drink)

breakfast-sausage/pear/ eggs/berries
Lunch- coconut chicken/cauliflower/yam
snack -smoothie-kale/strawberrie, coconutwater/lemon juice/ginger
Dinner-chicken/spinach/eggplant curry


Breakfast- chicken sausage/bowl of fruit/ handful of nuts/seeds
Lunch- coconut curry/cauliflower/yam./larabar
Dinner- chicken burrito bowl salad style

6am wod
Breakfast: sausage/ blueberries/coconut millk
Lunch-chicken stirfry mash up.
Dinner: hamburger patty/ salad and veggies-- 1/2 piece of cake !!!! sooooo bad..but so good Smile

miss working out with you .. been coming in the am more and liking the energizing start!

Monday :

h2O .. and black coffee.. ( reducing my coffee to 1 a day ) More water / herbal tea throughout the day..

B) 2 boiled eggs+ spinach
L) venison steak w/ spinach, cucumbers
D) shrimp , kale, mushrooms and onions+ coconut milk

B) shrimp w/ spinach salad
L) Ahi tuni , broccoli, greens, sliced cucmber/ peppers
D) roast chicken , spinach, mushrooms, red pepper cooked in a bit of coconut milk

coffee ( black)
B) shrimp w/ spinach
L) Tuna steak , mixed greens , olives
D) chicken , greens w/ peppers, cherry tomatoes, guacamole , salsa

coffee /black
water etc etc
meal 1) chicken on spinach w/ cherry tomatoes
snack ) macadamia nuts , red pepper slices
meal 2) liver w/ onions, spinach, roasted garlic , coconut milk
lots of water today.. Feeling really tired as I didn't sleep enough last night.. Bed early tonight!
