MONDAY- 100%
UP: FO + glutamine
B: chicken breakfast sausages + eggs
S: cashews
L: bison hash w/ celery root + yam + green cabbage
S: more nuts
PW: protein shake + pork chop + 1/2 yam
D: basically ate my dinner at the gym, had some breakfast sausages and a banana cause I was still hungry

UP: Glutamine
B: shake w/ banana + protein + coconut water + coconut milk + almond butter
S: cashews
L: roast chicken + sweet potato + broccoli
S: pear
PW: protein shake w/ banana + coconut milk
D: roast chicken + salad + sweet potato

UP: glutamine
B: breakfast sausage + sweet potato
S: cashews
L: roast chicken + sweet potato + salad
S: phillipino mango
PW: protein shake
D: burrito bowl from WF + a beer

UP: FO + LW + glutamine
B: 5 strips bacon + mango
S: cashews + pear
L: sushi (dynamite roll + chicken + veg)
S: cashews
PW: protein
D: tropical xmas chicken

UP: LW + glutamine
B: 4 strip bacon + 2 eggs fried w/ paprika

Im really serious this week, had a some cheats this weekend.
Going 100% Monday-Friday. 80% on weeekends

6am wod with my bcaa's then breaky

Lunch-chicken lettuce wrap with paleo crackers/mango/scoop of almond butter
4pm-coconutwater/ 1/2 larabar
5pm WOD
6pm dinner- ground chicken/onion/spinach/ tomato sauce/ YAM
Had my last coconut bliss bar in fridge. so 95% today


Breakfast- sausage/pear
Lunch-ground chicken/onion/spinach/tomatoe sauce.
Snack-leftovers with lots of broccoli.
Larabar 1/2
Workout 6pm.
dinner-chicken/yam/avocado/straw/almond salad.

breakfast - sausage/1 pear
Snack larabar
Lunch- salmon sashimi/veggie soup/ 2 dynamite rolls. ( yes i had rice)
snack- coconut milk/strawberries/1 organic chicken pepperoni
Wod at 5pm.-bcaa drink.
dinner- salmon salad ( no feta, no candied pecans)

Thursday .

Noticed a big difference in mood and energy and my budda belly is coming back - eeps.

Breakie: Sausage with pesto and spaghetti squash, a banana, and coffee (with cream! Crap! Seems to be the one thing I really can't stop consuming.)

Lunch: curry chicken, spinach, strawberries.
