Alright! Alena and Tracy's Paleo challenge begins now! I see that no one else has posted this week so maybe we are alone in this?

Breakie: 2 eggs, 1/2 banana, coffee with almond milk
Lunch: chicken breast, broccoli salad with grapes, salami, apple cider vinegar and EVOO.
Not enough apparently cause I am starving! Not sure I'm going to have a lot of energy for the WOD today.
Post Wod: protein shake w/ half banana and almond milk
Dinner: Salmon and broccoli

Breakie: 2 eggs, strawberries, 1/2 banana in almond milk, coffee with almond milk
2nd Breakie: almond flour pancakes, with berry sauce and almond butter and 5? pieces of bacon - yowza!
Snack: Chicken Breast and strawberries
Dinner: steak, yams, tomatoes in balsamic

Paleo back on! Day 1

Hey Alena! Posting late as I had a networking event tonight....Yay for us back on strict paleo! Thanks for being my accountability! Anyone else care to join us?

Breakfast: hemp hearts, blueberries, almond milk
Lunch: org. chicken sausages, 1/2 bell pepper, 2 carrots, 12 almonds, water
Snack: apple and almond butter
Dinner: yam fries (but not too many!), green salad and steak (yum!)

I have $80 in an envelope marked for June 30th so losses = shopping for gym clothes! Yay!

Day 2 June paleo challenge

And we are not even in June yet! (cannot believe how fast this year has flown by!)

Breakfast: hemp hearts, almond milk, sunflower seeds and blueberries
Lunch: BIG mixed greens salad, EVOO and sunflower seeds plus a bison steak
Dinner: lettuce wrapped beef burger with tomatoes, a green smoothie (aka. efficient salad!) and 2 tbsp of almond butter for dessert.

Day 3 paleo challenge

So inspiring to watch everyone today!

Breakfast: hemp hearts, almond milk, sunflower seeds and a banana
Snack: nuts, apple and banana
Lunch: chicken salad
Snack: Clif Protein bar
Dinner: Tapas - lots of salad, beef, some grilled veggies and 2 break crackers! (oh and one tequila lime soda!)

Day 4 paleo

Saturday watching the games:

Breakfast: hemp hearts, banana, almond milk, almond slivers
Lunch: paleo chili from the food cart
Snack: almonds and an apple
Dinner: Milestones california burger with no bun and side salad (plus a few of alena's yam fries)

managed to avoid the yummy looking desserts and wine!
