Agggh - fell off the Paleo posting bandwagon!

June 15th Wednesday
breakfast - hemp hearts, almond milk, bananas, almonds
lunch: turkey, cheese, salad sandwich (only the bottom half of the bun)
snack: vegan fruit crepe
dinner: buffalo steak, carrots, veggies and chocolate covered almonds!

Breakfast: hemp hearts, almond milk, almonds and 1 banana
Lunch: green smoothie
Dinner: 3 sushi cones with no rice at the BEST sushi place in Vancouver - Sushi Yama, 3 slices of sushi pizza (which had a bit of rice), gomae (spelling?) the spinach salad

Def did not eat enough today!

Breakfast: 1/2 power bar and 1/2 banana (yeah - it was a late morning!)
Lunch: chicken wrap with mixed greens
Dinner: turkey burger with a bun (not paleo) and two mini cupcakes all the way from calgary!

Hmm...maybe 75% paleo today?

Feel good though!

Breakie: 2 eggs, orange juice
Lunch, Snack, Dinner: paleo spaghetti (I need to cook).

Tuesday
Breakie: 1 egg, almond flour pancakes with blueberries and almond butter.
