Hello Friends,

Breakfast: Appetizer: Bowl of Greek Yogurt w handful of blueberries and half a banana. Main: 2 hardboiled eggs. Dessert: Black Coffee and 4 Tablets of Fish Oil

Lunch: Salad w/ tons of veggies and two scoops of tuna salad.

Snack: LaraBar (Cashews and dates)... These are good! They come in lots of different flavors and have such good and paleo ingredients in them! Plus lots of energy. Laughing

Going to make some Palo Chilli today. It's going to be good! Wish I could share with you.
