Balanced Meals/Snacks

So I'm used to thinking about having balanced snacks/meals - zone
proponents (and my mother) would say that's important - so carb, protein, fat every time
you eat something. Not so important with Paleo or should we be thinking about that?

Nutrition is not a one size fits all and should be individualized alena.
But having all 3 macro nutrients on your plate each meal is a good start.

is it necessarily bad to eat one thing at a time? like if I eat an apple, then half an hour later I eat a couple eggs, then over the next half hour I have some almonds? Is that bad? Should I be making a point of eating it all at once?

Hey Anthony,
It.s not wrong....but try eating some fat and protein with your carbs, Less insulin spike, less of a carb crash a couple hours later (for most people). Try both ways and see how you feel after.
