James' Eating

1) coffee
juice shake (ice, coconut juice, frozen fruit, 1/2 banana)
bison pattie w 3 eggs

2) Chicken breast with salad: spinach, peppers, almonds, blueberries, olive oil

3) Paleo Nut bar

4) Breakfast for dinner...
bacon, 3 eggs, onions, tomatoes, peppers
asparagus w lemon juice and sea salt and pepper

5) Paleo nut bar with water

Day 3

I love the idea of breakfast for dinner so i'm manning up on that idea:

2 poached eggs
Turkey sausage
Baby tomatoes w 1/2 avocado and basil (weird without the cheese and double weird eating it with eggs???)

Lunch was takeout:
Tuna sashimi - melt in your mouth good!
And gomae (without all the delicious peanut sauce) ends up just being spinach. But still good.

Breakfast:
Steak, beef, tomato stew chili. Dinner for breakfast. If anyone wants to try, drop a note and i'll bring some to the 5pm class for you to take away. I made a huge batch. It packs a punch as in S-P-I-C-E-Y!

cyclops Dear Paleo diet, I've loved you since I laid "eye" on you!

Breakfast: hemp hearts, slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, blueberries, almond milk

Lunch: Tex Mex burger, carrot sticks, 1/2 avocado, steamed asparagus and 1 egg

Dinner: salmon steak, mixed green salad, olives

Bevvies: electrolyte powder in water (sugar free), organic unfiltered apple juice, water, tea

My goals are to lean out as well and keep my performance steadily on the increase!

Leigh, I'll take you up on the chili if you still have a portion to share!
