AM drink: lemon water, fish oil, 2 cups of green tea
Breakfast - Turkey Pepperoni , apple, nuts
Lunch - Bison Chili, yam, nuts

So the mousse, took Erin's suggestions and added coconut oil but forgot cinnamon. I think when not on paleo challenge adding a banana instead of dates.

Patti and Shannon - I wanna try those poached pears in coconut milk! That sounds awesome!

10am) 1L water, 3 eggs, 1/2 papaya, 1 paleo muffin

12pm) eggplant, and assorted stir fried veggies from a thai restaurant (leftovers at moms:) )

4pm) a handful of cashews (these aren't really paleo are they? I heard someboday say that we're not supposed to eat these. Anyhow, I had to stop by the office and I was starving, so it was either a handful of cashews or sour keys from the office. I think I chose right lol!)

6:30pm) 2 1/2 meatballs in tomato sauce on spaghetti squash and broccollini and asparagas

Later) salami, olives, apple w/almond butter, cinnamon, and half a banana

If your adrenals are stressed (sressful lifestyle, work,no sleep...) then it's a good Idea. But if your just having one in the a.m and your not crashing mid day or it's afecting your sleep or making your irritable 1 a day isnt a bad thing... coffee also has anti oxidants in it also. moderation chum, moderation.
I would lay off so much nuts and find other fats...
