So whats the deal with coconut milk and almond milk? I read the labels and there seems to be sugar in all of them, even if unsweetened. I bought a carton of almond milk cus it had less sugar. It was so damn good, I pounded it in 2 days. Is this bad? I have a hard time controlling myself when its around - like 2-3 tall glasses per day. Should I just not buy it?

If/when I get myself under control, what're the best brands to buy for these milks?

Hey!

To be honest I'm not really a fan of Almond milk, to me its not really paleo if you read the ingredients there are defiantly words you can't pronounce. If weight loss is a goal and there is sugar in it, then would defiantly stay away. Some paleo challenges do allow it, and good for a sub.for milk, but if you need it, make your own of almonds/water blended.

Coconut milk is awesome, I buy it in a can (Thai Kitchen) and there is no sugar in it.
If you go to www.healthmad.com and search coconut milk, read article on 10 benefits of coconut milk, helps weight control and maintain blood sugar levels. Its good stuff

So no Almond milk, yes coconut milk
