Slept well.. woke up to a beautiful day.. so excited to get out there and golf

Breakfast: scrambled eggs/ tomatoes/1 sausage link/ straw/blueberries.
Snack- protein Shake
Lunch ground chicken curry on veggies/ 1 paleo muffin rasp/ walnut

5pm small salad with little salmon
Dinner: roastbeef/with veggies/nuts.

Check in later, have a great day everyone. 20 days in.. really like eating this way, feeling good, felt like i deserved a treat after such a great day yesterday, so had almond butter dipped in raw cacao powder and made them in balls and put in freezer.. was perfect. Shocked - ha love this little guy.

Good afternoon Paleo People!

Slept in today.

UA: Fish oil and lemon water
Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled + butter lettuce salad w/ dressing + 2 pieces of smoked turkey
Snack: Just baked some paleo muffins, 1 of those + 3 slices salami
Meal 2: Ground chicken + spinach + green cabbage + sweet potato
Snack: blueberries + strawberries + 1 paleo muffin

9am) 2 eggs, sauteed spinach, and 2 paleo mufffins

1pm) beef burrito bowl from whole foods. no rice or beans of course
coconut water

6pm) salami and olives

4L water so far approx - so damn thirsty after that salami, really must stop eating that crap. so bad.

8:30ish) Moroccan turkey stew, and carrot muffins... not sure yet how many either. hopefully no more than 3, lol. must be a competitive thing, I feel like I have to keep up with my bff Laughing

HOLY SMOKES! THat Moroccan turkey stew is the best ever AND those carrot muffins!!!! They taste like the real thing but better!!! These last two nights of food have been the best. I love eating this way. I'll stay paleo for sure after the challenge. I don't crave any junk food at all, but I do have a big appetite for this kind of food. I love you

Supper - bison taco salad with lots of veggies, salsa and guac

Breakfast (1030am)- 2 poached eggs, 1 pork sausage, a few slices of tomatoe and avocado, 2 cups of black tea (no milk)

Didn't really have lunch, but these snacks:

Snack - handful of wheat-free tamari almonds, apple w/almond butter

Snack - mixed nuts...was starving and the only thing accessible today

Dinner - had an early dinner because I was hungry...bbq chicken, asparagus, carrots, green salad w/tomatoes, avocado, home made vinagrette dressing (olive oil, dijon, red wine vinegar

1 date - to quench my sweet tooth tonight

Didn't drink enough water (3 big glasses), but had a few big cups of green tea

Mm today was a bit of a weird one as I was out studying...
Breakie: Almond flour pancakes with banana and a side bacon (a little too much bacon!)
Lunch: Almond milk latte (yes I think it was sweetened but it gave me some good go power for studying). 2 eggs, fruit salad - the only thing one the menu I could eat.
Snack: beef jerky
Dinner: 1 wild boar sausage, 1 Italian buffalo sausage, broccoli - and a few strawberries to quell the sugar craving that my fruit and sweetened latte created! Wowsa...
Too much fruit and salty meat I'm sure!

breakfast: Had a staff breakfast had to turn down the eggs benny and cinnamon buns and instead had a pear, some fruit salad, 2 small sausages, and a couple pieces of bacon
Lunch: Had a salad at the local with chicken
Dinner: Coconut covered chicken on a big salad with balsamic vinegar
Snack: 2 blueberry cinnamon paleo muffins

took a much needed sleep in.

breaky (midday): Chinese bacon eggs and broccoli

afternoon fooding: some leftover bison roast and veggies of mine

Had some car issues this weekend so ran the 5km to moms place for dinner, 21min, felt good.
post run: half banana and lots o water.

dinnering: Dinner at moms - more roast (much better done than my own Rolling Eyes ) some carrots, and about 4 cups of broccoli.

desert: cooked blueberries and other half of banana

evening: nutsalicious and coconut water
