Good morning Paleo friends !! This is going to be a non muffin day for me.

Breakfast: 1 sausage/handful of blueberries

Have a great day guys will check in later today ..how is everyone feeling ? Very Happy

Lunch: chicken/ground beef burrito in bowl no rice/no beans/no cheese.
Shake-coconutmilk/straw/1/2 banana
Handful of trail mix

Prewod: 1 pear/ 1 turkey pepperoni stick

Dinner/left over chicken/ ground beef on salad..

Steph's, where are you ???
Alena hope you are feeling better !

To much fruit today, need to sub it with veggies.
really feel like something reallllllllly yummmy, LOL like chocolate cake with caramel sauce on it warmed with vanilla ice cream. not funny.

This already a muffin filled day for me:lol:.

UA: Lemon water and fish oil.
Breakfast: 2 paleo muffins w/ butter, 1 w/ almond butter (had to make it a quick breakfast)
Snack: intermittent fast - too busy at work.
Lunch: Pork chop + sweet potato + green cabbage
Snack: Handful of almonds
Post wod: Coconut water
Dinner: Crab wrapped in sole from whole paycheck + 1/2 avocado + sweet potatoe

1L water

10am) small portion moroccan turkey stew with some added kale

herbal tea, 1L water

2pm) curried chicken breast on salad of arugula, celery, carrot, 1/2 avocado, olives, parsley, mint, dressing of olive oil mayo and curry powder.

4:30) small bowl chilli, 1 date

Wod + coconut water

8pm) Chicken shawarma plate with salad, coleslaw, pickles, olives, tomatoes + Paleo apple crisp... no muffins today, but apple crisp instead:lol:

AM eats - I think turkey sausage (very good), avocado, turkey/egg/salsa muffin, almonds
lunch - burger, bacon, avocado, tomato and salad with salmon and shrimp and a yummy vinaigrette
supper - left over salad from lunch
workout
snack - whey protein shack, some almonds

Morning Get Up Water and Oil

Breakfast - Turkey sausage, avocado, almonds, turkey/egg muffin
Snack - Salmon, olive oil, blueberries
Lunch - Bison Taco Salad, lots of veggies, avacado, olive oil, olives, salsa
Supper - Bison Taco Salad, lots of veggies, avacado, olive oil, olives, salsa
Workout @ 8pm
Snack - Chicken, olive oil

I feel like crap today. I am on a plateau and a little frustrated. Nothing a good hard workout won't shift. I wanted to drink a diet coke today but had green tea instead....not what I was looking for.

Breakfast 1: high calories high fat shake

Breakfast 2: Mushrooms, broccoli, peppers, cooked with bacon, then eggs thrown in.
6 bacon strips 6 eggs. Initially debated making it 2 meals but well... that didnt happen.
also 1/2 orange and 1 avacado (10am and about 3k calories down Twisted Evil )

Lunch: ground beef and broccoli

wod

post wod massive salad from choices: tuna, spinach, nuts, seeds, couple eggs,

coached and continued eating the massive salad.

still hungry, prebed shake... mostly coconut milk, berries, and whey.


well.... after a day or 2 of not eating enough I think i made up for it today...

GOALS:
to win... and find a better nutritional balance on the way. sleep better. to wakeup feeling refreshed and not groggy. Basically to reap the benefits of eating paleo, while trying to win.
