6am WOD time

Post wod: whey protein shake with supplements

Breakfast: Steamed veggies/ground chicken

Lunch: 1 lamb sausage/ steamed veggies/

pre wod:
coconut milk shake/ handful of straw/1/2 banana

Workout time: legs were really tired run and wall balls.
Dinner : beef/chicken lettuce wraps and avocado - sooo good.

1 more week guys !!!!!!

Sean why haven't I seen you ???how is your eating?

If you all don't post today then it means NO party !!!! Evil or Very Mad
I'm really mean today!!!

6am) Wod, 1L water, post-wod, homemade apple sauce

8:30am) 3 scrambled eggs with celery and kale. Supplements, fish oil.

1L water

12pm) 1/2 my salad w/chicken breast

2:30pm) my other 1/2 of my salad w/chicken breast, handful cashews

5pm) 2 handfuls cashews,starving and nothing else with me Neutral

8:30) chicken, salad, coleslaw, paleo apple crisp

GOALS:
to win... and find a better nutritional balance on the way. sleep better. to wakeup feeling refreshed and not groggy. Basically to reap the benefits of eating paleo, while trying to win.

AM drink _ lemon water w/ F. oils
Break the fast - 2 turkey & egg/salsa muffins and 2 carrot/date muffins and 6 almonds
snack - 6 strawberries (huge ones) & salmon and 6 almonds
lunch - Bison taco salad, lots of veggies, avocado, salsa etc
Snack - Salmon, olive oil, blueberries
Supper - A little chicken, a little steak, a little eggplant, a little olive oil, nuts, cauliflower



Feeling pretty good this morning. Energy is good. Still feel like I have "pup" eyes. you when just can't seem to open one's eyes from a good sleep. Oh well, a good way to feel as I make my way through the work day.

Oh we definitely wanna party, PIZZA PARTY!!! I'm gunna have to take photos cause I'm gunna be so sick on april 2.

UP: Lemon water and fish oil
breaky: 2 paleo muffin + green tea
Snack: nuthin, IF
Lunch: wild boar chop + sweet potato
Snack: pineapple + strawberries, big bowl. These were sooo sweet and delicious I totally felt like a cheater.
Snack 2: spoonful of almond butter (so hungry after work had to eat sumthin and had no food)
Dinner: 3 eggs + green cabbage + sweet potato
Dessert: pineapple

Breakie: almond flour pancakes, almond butter, strawberries
Lunch: Thai beef, spaghetti squash, spinach
Snack: salami, orange
Dinner: Fish, broccoli, banana (too much fruit )

Feeling better (thanks Erin and Robyn!!) and I'm really hoping to be in on Saturday! I'm starting to dream about pizza and beer and icecream though;)

Well i'll take Robyn at her word and post so that a party ensues:

Thurs:
Almond meal pancakes and fruit salad

Lunch: Steak stew with vegetables

Snack: Paleo muffin/apple/orange/pistachio nuts

Dinner: Post WOD - can't believe i ate as no appetite after that workout - but piece of steak/asparagus/steamed spinach/1/4 sweet potato - lotsa water

Fri:
am: fruit salad

lunch: scrambled eggs and bacon | orange + banana

dinner: stir fry with steak and vegetables...... ready for a glass of wine..... one more week Smile

Workout - didn't seem brutal at the time but later I felt beat down

up early ..water and supplements...

Black coffee

meal 1) roast chicken breast, spinach, sliced peppers, cucumber - tahini dressing ( tblsp).. ate at Wholefoods..

post WOD ) small piece chicken 1-2oz w/ some squash

meal 2) ground venison with red cabbage, onion celery hash w/ 1tblsp coconut milk.. side of spinach w/ cherry tomates .. home cooked meal.

feeling better.. spent the last two days going home straight after work and in bed by 8pm as I was feeling wiped out.. Needed to sleep - Great work out today and feeling stronger now
