Gotta say Robyn, I definitely gave it some thought- 8 spots, really?!- and after reflection I'm still confident in my call. I even spent some time on the Games site to see what they had to say about judging. In any case I know you're going to crush the rest of the wods!! Can't wait for next week.

Breakie: 3 eggs scramble with spinach, salami, green onion, mushroon, 1/3 avocado, banana, coffee (yes been back on the coffee the last few days - think I'm going to try to go without this week).
Lunch: kale chips, ribeye, squash, nuts
Snack: carrots
Dinner: Palei pad thai with prawns and tons of veggies (so good but ate too much and my tummy is not liking me right now).

Tons of water (drank about 4 oz of tequila last night and after not drinking for a while I feel a little hungover - sad).

Ahh Sunday.. up early and full of energy this morning thankfully .. Went out for a walk and to sit for a cup of coffee while doing a crossword puzzle before starting my day .. Hit all my chores since I finally had some zip in me.. Did some cooking and other domestic stuff to get ready for another week Smile

meal 1) 1 hb eggs w/ 1/4 avocado
meal 2) crab ( 1 tin ) w/ sauteed veggies of napa cabbage, orange pepper and mushrooms left overs
meal 3) Halibut baked 4 oz w/ broccoli

got to bed nice and early by 8:45pm .. read a little then off to zzzz..

want to try the morning sessions for WOD so that my evenings aren't too late and dinner doesn't destroy my sleep by eating too late after the pm class.. Anybody else struggling with this?..

see you a COP
