It's been a long month but its been a good one (as always at COP).

I think the biggest thing I gained from this was learning to not let little snacks slip in. My roomates like to make cookies and pre paleo challenge I'd have 1 or 2 throughout the day and think nothing of it, or the odd blueberry or oat fudge bar from starbucks. Cutting those things out made me realize how often I let them slip in!

Post challenge I'm going to go back to how I was which is about 80 - 90% paleo. 1 cheat evening a week or so, but even then thats an optional thing and I won't go binge eat just because i can (except for this saturday).

Congrats to everyone who made it through! Hope you're feeling amazing. Let's hit those performance tests hard!!! and see you on saturday with baconator and ice cream cake in hand.

GOALS:
to win... and find a better nutritional balance on the way. sleep better. to wakeup feeling refreshed and not groggy. Basically to reap the benefits of eating paleo, while trying to win.
