OMG can you believe it is almost June?

Monday:
Breakie: 2 eggs, banana, free coffee from the back of a truck on the way to work - they put in cream and sugar - d'oh - only drank 1/4 though.
Lunch: paleo chili, some grapes, and some chocolate brought from Spain - double d'oh!! I'm not doing so well.
Dinner: More paleo chili and I'm craving something else. Not sure what I will have yet but it will be paleo friendly!

Too much sugar and fruit today. Shopping tomorrow for more veg!

Tuesday:
some nuts and a few grapes before today's WOD.
Post Wod: protein shake
Breakie: scramble with salami, mushrooms and spinach, couple strawberries
Lunch: 2 sausages, broccoli
Snack: Lara bar
Dinner: more sausage, spinach and strawberry salad - blech full.

Wednesday:

Not so Paleo!!
Post Wod shake
Breakie: 2 breakfast sausages, bacon, eggs, fruit
Lunch and Dinner: Burger with yam fries and a bajillion beer and 1 scotch - oy vey!!!

Yay Robyn - please do join because apparently only being accountable to one person in not working so well!

Breakie: scramble with mushroom, spinach and salami
I was a bit hung over so I ate some Pizza for lunch and sushi for dinner.
Back on track tomorrow!

Paleo Day 6

Back in the gym for a sweaty one today! Love those wall balls and burpees together...ugh

Breakfast: blueberries, hemp hearts, almond slivers, almond milk
Lunch: 2 turkey patties (home made) and mixed green salad
Snack: almond butter on an apple
Dinner: 1.5 egg omlette with HEAPS of veggies, Green smoothie, 4 squares of dark chocolate

Paleo Day 7

Breakfast: 1.5 egg scramble with heaps of veggies, green smoothie
Lunch: chicken breast and big green salad
Snack: carrot bread - so not paleo but didn't plan my snacks right
Dinner: salmon on the bbq and a big green salad
Dessert: 2 tlbs of almond butter with some dark cocoa mixed in

drank loads of water today too!

Paleo Day 8

Breakfast: hemp hearts, almond slivers, blueberries and almond milk
Lunch: large mixed greens salad and chicken breast and green smoothie
Dinner: something paleo and yummy from Whole Foods dinner bar

small cheat today with some choco covered almonds

Also called to set up a thyroid test today with a practitioner nurse as it's something I've been intuitively wondering about....

Hi Ladies !!! I will be joining you guys startting Monday June6 th!! enjoy the week off, but my goals are going to be Mon-Friday Paleo and Weekends 80%. Going for 1month solid Very Happy cant wait to get posting again !!!

Paleo Day 9

yay Robyn!!! I like Patti's philosophy - 100% paleo 80% of the time. Good call.

Yesterday was a bit of a 'fall off the paleo wagon' for my BBQ book launch party!

Breakfast: hemp hearts, blueberries, slivered almonds, almond milk
Lunch: turkey slices, spinach salad, with spicy honey almonds, *cheat* gluten free donut (was very small)
Dinner: sausage, mixed green salad and cabbage salad, *cheat* champagne - 2 glasses, 2 pieces of paleo chocolate cake, tortilla chips*

(it's now friday and even with a bit of the chips/salt, my legs are a bit puffy so I can feel the water retention! it's amazing....)

thanks for a fun/good workout today Alena and Michelle! Loved it! We rock!

Breakfast: hemp hearts, almond milk, slivered almonds and blueberries
Lunch: roasted chicken thigh and drumstick, HUGE mixed green salad with EVOO, mango and slivered almonds on top
Snack: small piece of paleo chocolate cake
Dinner: gluten free chicken enchiladas from Calhoun's

Didn't drink enough water today...

Have a good weekend - see you online tomorrow!
