Ok its 3:30 and NO posts ?? People are you falling off the wagon ?

Erin, how are the desserts coming along ha! ? Patti, I can't wait to make those carrot nut muffins tonight and Alexi how are you feeling ?

Ok today: Pretty predictable i know..

Breakfast: scrambled eggs/berries/tomatoes.. ( I think the scrambled eggs at WF are mixed with milk/cream, felt kinda gross after, but there were no ingredients listed.

Lunch: 4 Paleo crackers/ Big chicken salad with balsamic dressing.

3:30pm: 1 apple/ scoop of almond butter/ 1/2 lamb sausage.


Steph, glad you are liking it so much, I know after the challenge I want to continue doing it too, but maybe with the odd little treat here and there.
Going into another weekend.. 13more days left ...

Leigh havent heard from you in a bit ? how are things going ?

Feeling better today thanks! Not quite hands over my head great but we're definitely getting there. Going to head in and see what I can muster at COP today. bounce

UA: Lemon h20 + fish oil
Breakfast: spinach + smoked turkey lettuce wrap x2
Pre lunch: chicken sausage + yam + spaghetti squash
Post lunch: chicken lemon grass soup
Snack: apple + baby carrots
Dinner:2 chicken sausage + spinach + yam
Dinner #2: 3 egg ummmmlet w/ bacon, mushrooms and onions

Thor- if you think you're gunna win this thing just look into the eyes of the rooster!

Lunch: Salad from cactus club with 1/2 breast chicken avocado and hard boiled egg
Dinner: Lettuce wrap with ground beef and tons of veggie with home made almond butter sauce had a little sugar in the recipe Shocked
Snack: Probably have a piece of fruit

Breakfast: shakalaka

Breakfast 2: i revolutionized my chinese egg recipe because i decided it needed some greenery...
precut bacon into bits.. throw into pan... cut broccoli into bits. cook with bacon until both are crispy... turn heat down low. crack in 3 - 6 eggs (i used 4 this time) and stir real fast... touchup with some hot sauce and BOOM! life win.

snacked on some nuts and a lara bar

Dinner: bison shoulder roast! my first ever. freestyled it with some of pattis advice and it worked out just beauty. With a whole lotta veggies.

late night: some nuts, and 1.5 litres of water.

game day tomorrow. gonna be a long 10mins. LETS DO THIS!

bacon and eggs,smoothie of chard and raspberries

I had a sugar craving, and had 1 small apple, 2 dates, goji berries, walnuts and cinnamon all chopped up in a bowl

paleo breaded chicken and steamed bokchoy

handful cashews

Nando's chicken, chicken wings, skewer, green salad and coleslaw

Whew I am chickened out for the week!

Approx. 3L water throughout the day.

morning agua and supplements....

morning) 1 hb egg with 1/3 avocado slice + black coffee
meal lunch) tuna sashimi w/ spinach gomae no sauce - ginger
dinner ) roast chicken thigh on spinach , red pepper , mushroom salad with flax seeds ground up , olive oil/balsamic dressing

water throughout the day..

Still have a bad headache again so going home to lay down - neck and muscles are tight

Behind is right...I didn't work Friday which means I was on Blackberry not computer and that is why I didn't post! Oh well, here I am now catching up for the last two days.

Yummy lime water and oil.

Breakfast - chicken, avacado and nuts
Snack - roast bison, olive oil, apple
Lunch - Seafood salad (shrimp, salmon),lots of greens, avacado, olive oil
Workout
Snack - Shake (I don't usually have shakes but I was mult-tasking and heading to get groceries after workout)
Dinner - Chicken with Spicy Tomato sauce, beet salad, cucumbers, nuts
