Good morning peeps!!

Warrior water (F. oil and lemon)

Break the fast - Egg and Turkey fritatta with salsa,nuts, avocado, apple
snack: bison taco flavored with salsa and sunflower seeds, green tea
lunch: salmon,pecans, blueberries, and green beans, water
snack: "shakin bake" chicken paleo style -Thanks Erin it tastes great!!- apple, olive oil
workout
shake: whey protein & water
supper: souvlaki pork chop, roasted cauliflower and mushrooms & top it off with "fat bar" yummy check out resource for this tasty and easy to make treat!

OK Robin - $15 and your in. Would have made it for free! LOL Prep kitchen opens Saturday or Sunday depending on days activities. Mondays are delivery days! Keep the taste buds ready.

5am) 1L water, green tea

6am) Train + 1L water

8:30) paleo muffin, small chilli

12pm) Moroccan Turkey stew, muffin

3pm) goji berries, walnuts, small chilli, muffin! (ok, the muffins are gone now lol)

7pm) handful cashews, a few bites of curry chicken

8pm) beef/shrimp/broccoli stirfry, yams, apple w/almond butter

Woke up (thank goodness for that) and got ready to train 6am !!!Very Happy

Breakfast 8am: leftover curry chicken/on veg/ glass of coconut milk/bcaa/fishoil

Snack: 1 apple/turkey sausage

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs/ cabbage salad

pre wod: Larabar
Dinner: salmon on salad (kale) /almonds/ yams (WF's)

Shake: lots of ice/coconut milk/3 strawberries/ green super food mix cacao infusion.

OK Shannon 15$ final price for Moroccan Stew ??? PLEASEEEEEE
might as well throw in some carrot nut muffins while your at Shocked

Keep up the great work guys !!!!! Amazzzzzing !! I honestly have never lasted this long, thanks to all the great recipes Very Happy and all our famous muffins.

U/A- 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 glas of water w/lemon + supplements

Meal 1 (10:15) Moroccan Turkey stew (this stuff ROCKS!!!!!)
+
Meal 2-(2:45) small portion of chili, 6 olives, 1 paleo muffin.
+
Meal 3- (7:00) small portion of chilli
+
Snack 4- (8:30) small curried chicken (thanks Michelle awesome)
+
Meal 5- (9:30) Beef/shrimp/ broccoli stir fry + sweet potato
+
Snack 6 - 2 bananas with almond butter (frozen style)

tried to do this ams sprints mostly fasted... I think my stomach ate itself a little.

wakeup: half a banana and half a coconut water

6am train.

7am: my usual shake - protein, berries, fish oil, coconut milk, etc.

10am: eggs sausage and rest of coconut water

UA: agua con limon y oil de pescado
Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled + yam
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Ground chicken w/ spinach + yam + green cabage
Snack:Cashews
Post wod: COCONUT WATER!

Cooked up a storm tonight. Posting a recipe for the chicken, D E L I Ci I O U S if I do say so myself. I'm calling it Tropical Christmas Chicken- because its like a ginger snap in the tropics. Also made New Mexico pork chops, Japanese Yam and green cabbage steamed in chicken broth.

Dinner: Tropical Xmas Chicken + green cabbage + sweet potato. I was still hungry so I had a pork chop as well.
Dessert: Frozen sliced banana with almond butter.

Hey Emily, less muffins(almond meal) and a lot more veggies, if you want to improve body composition.
