Happy Friday !!!!

REST DAY

Breakfast : sausage/chicken/ yams/sauteed onions/3 strawberries.

Lunch: paleo crackers, chicken/egg salad
Snack:coconut milk shake/with 1/2bana/rasp/ super greens.

Dinner-Chicken salad with yams/broc/ paleo cracker/ pistachios.

Rough start today... Slept for 12hrs, right through my alarm, gym clothes still on.. I was sooo tired.

Breakfast - Back bacon and turkey/egg frittata, avacado, almonds
Snack - Chicken, strawberries, olive oil
Lunch - Bison Taco salad, lots of veggies, avacado, salsa, olive oil, couple of nuts
Snack- Chicken, tomatoes, olive oil
Supper - Ground beef, yam, salad, nuts

Breakfast - Back bacon and turkey/egg frittata, avacado, almonds
Snack - Chicken, strawberries, olive oil
lunch - purple & green cabbage, chicken, carrots, olive oil, and cucumber salad and a pear
Chicken, tomatoes, olive oil
Supper - Ground beef, yam, salad, nuts

to win... and find a better nutritional balance on the way. sleep better. to wakeup feeling refreshed and not groggy. Basically to reap the benefits of eating paleo, while trying to win.

8am) 1L water w/lemon, chilli, supplements & fish oil.

2pm) handful cashews, starving!!! what else do people eat when they're not able to be in a kitchen to cook!

1L water

3:30pm) halibut, sweet potato, brussel sprouts

1L water

8pm) salami & olives

9pm) Chicken (in almond meal), sauteed mixed greens, apple crisp

meal 1) left over ground venison (2.5oz) sauté w/ cabbage, onion and celery w/ 1 cup raw spinach 1/4 avocado

water

meal 2) left overs from ground venison and veggie hash + 1 egg, large veggie salad - spinach, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber slices, green onion and cabbage . 4 small baby dill pickles..

natural calm magnesium, fish oil and vit d..

Completed the Wednesday WOD on Friday afterwork.. Burpee mania ! What a Face

Very busy day with work today, had to have the peeps at Chronic Tacos help me out to stick with it today. Thanks for the heads up on this joint Jason- great spot.

UA: Fish oil and lemon water
Breakfast: A banana and some almond butter - not a great way to start the day, I know but there was no food in the house.
Meal 2: eggs + chorizo + beef + guac + salsa + lettuce
Meal 2: eggs + chorizo + beef + guac + salsa
Post wod: Coconut water and 2 chicken apple sausage (Got more meat from OW, winning!)
Dinner: Steak + baked squash + kale
Dessert: pineapple

2 paleo muffins

beef jerky

chicken / salad / pistachios / cococut almond bar

pecans way too many

beef roast / sweet potatoes / apple sauce

baked more muffins and ate 2 of them

Midafternoon coffee to get me through my last child therapy session
Dinner: uh...I think I just snacked - beef jerky, maybe a banana?? Not working out makes me not that hungry.
