Re: March 28th
What?! Four days left? Where did the time go? I love eating paleo. I have felt fully satisfied all the time, and prefer eating this way over the junk I was eating before. However, I have not lost any weight. So, four days to drop a few pounds. I'm on a crash diet now. Nothing crazy. Just meat and veggies. No sauces, nuts, or fruit. Boo! These four days are gonna be aweful for me
5am) 1L water, 6am WOD, 1 L water. And I just gotta say that my 1RM backsquat last August was 165, and this morning it was 210! Woopeee! I'm super happy about it
9am) 1 egg, a large handful of chopped turkey sausage and bacon, 2 handfulls spinach.
1L water
1pm) leftover chilli and bolgnese on leftover sphaghetti squash. Small bowl. I felt like snacking all morning, but resisted.
4:30pm) 2 oz. chicken, few pieces broccoli, and a bit of okra/tomato sauce from whole foods
8:30pm) Nando's chicken, green salad, coleslaw.
And I was really good and only watched Brad eat his bananas and almond butter, lol. Not even a bite. Stella had some though.
First day of the challenge that I have not had any fruit or nuts.

monday the 28th
Had a good breakfast - 2 med boiled eggs/half an avocado/1 black coffee
Lunch: homemade soup - leeks/cauliflower/celery root/baked butternut squash with curry and coconut milk - pretty hearty
But probably not enough food for todays WOD. I'm gassed and the last thing i feel like is eating dinner. What to do......
Leftover steak and some vegetables for a stirfry for tonight's dinner. I agree with Erin - this way of eating has been eye-opening and quite easy. I've found that just posting some videos and links on facebook has encouraged some of my friends to start paleo as well. We might have a revolution on our hands:lol:

Anthony C's Food Journal
8:00 Coffee 1 cup
L-Glutamine 5g
Fish Oil 1 tbsp
Vitamin D 1000 iu
BCAAs 3 tablets
INTERMITTENT FASTING
20:30 Salmon 1 serving
Red Pepper 1/2 whole, large
Broccoli small serving
Celery 1 stalk
Cucumber few sticks
Sorry I was MIA from the forum for a few days - I had finals last week and had zero time. I lost track of my meals, but I was 100% paleo, no cheating whatsoever. I even brought my lunch on exam day.
I dunno about IF, but I had no groceries yesterday so tried it out. Wasn't bad. Didn't even really notice it, so we'll see how it effects my performance this week.
