well kids. its almost ice cream cake time. how is everyone feeling?

breakfast 1: shake, supps.

6am training

breakfast 2: omelet from whole foods, turkey, eggs, extra bacon, and fruit. +1 coconut water.

Lunch: meat loaf and poached pears

AM eats- turkey, 2 poached eggs, salsa. 1 paleo muffin,
ate apple on the way to work
lunch - bison, salad, nuts, pesto
supper - chicken, cauliflower, steak, avocado
WOD
snack - chicken, nuts

Same old morning drink, I think I need to ramp this up and buy some limes!

Breakfast: poached eggs, turkey scramble, paleo muffin
SnacK: Chicken, blueberries, nuts
Lunch: Bison taco salad
Supper: Chicken, steak, cauliflower, avocado
WOD
Snack: Chicken sausage and some nuts

U/A- 1 tbsp fish oil , 1 glass water w/lemon, 1 small black coffee.
+
Meal 1- Whole foods omlette (ham and mushroom), side of bacon, side of fruit, 1 small black coffee.
+
Post work out shake- protein/supplements/coconut water+ turkey apple sausage/bacon, mushroom mixture.
+
Post work out shake #2- protein/supplements/coconut water.
+
Meal 4- Steak, kale, bok choi, mushrooms. sweet potatos
+
Snack 5- 2 bananas w/ almond butter(frozen and sliced into little silver dollars:cheers:)

5am) water w/lemon

6am) WOD

8am - 1st breakie w/ Robyn & Thor @ WF) scrambled eggs, 2 bacon, raw broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber

9am - 2nd breakie w/ Popeye LOL @ WF) 1 sausage, 2 pcs bacon, cabbage coleslaw, kale salad

2:30) 2 egg fritattas (small muffin size) 1/2 bowl leftover thai green chicken curry from restaurant (cheat-there's for sure sugar in there)

9pm) steak (thanks Michelle for helping me choose them lol - I was in a state of confusion when you found me), sweet potato, kale, bok choy, mushrooms

DAY FREAKIN' 30!! Went to the store last night to buy some viggies for today and I thought, "I should get some treats to celebrate the end of the challenge", but every cookie, piece of chocolate, or gobstopper that I picked up literally turned my stomach! What happened?! I used to be a sweets eatin' machine!

Won't lie- gunna have a Pizza Party tomorrow. It's gunna be delicious.

UA: Glutamine and fish oil
Breaky: eggs + bok choi + some butter lettuce
Snack: Handful of almonds
Lunch: Bbry bison suasage + sweet potato + bok choi + butter lettuce
Snack: Paleo muffin that I inhaled (literally) and spent the next hour coughing up, gross I know but it was terrible...
Post wod: CoCONUt wata.
Dinner: Cumin chicken + sweet potato + butter lettuce. I deglazed the chicken pan with some stock and made a little sauce that I poured over the lettuce/chicken/potato - amazing meal if I do say so myself.

meal 2) shrimp, white fish w/ broccoli and cauliflower 1/4 avocado, w/ coconut milk

meal 3) 1/4 avocado , pepper, cauliflower and a couple of olives

where has March gone hey? ..
