Been porkin out this weekend. Noodles, pizza, cookies, dairy, booze, the whole lot. Back to Paleo Monday (with some Quinoa and maybe a couple other ancient grains thrown in). Looking forward to not feelin so crappy.

Yeah i'm back in for today (and yesterday) so happy to keep up the postings. Fun this weekend but boy did i pay a price yesterday for it.

Im going to post Monday to Friday only, but weekends are going to be 95%paleo, its a good balance for me atleast until Regionals.
- (there's my little guy hehe)
YAH !!! My head has finally stopped pounding felt like someone took a baseball bat to my head ( to many pushups on Saturday, hit my heads on floor tooo many times)
My cheats on the weekend were wine Saturday, and Sunday really good oatmeal (haha) with Walnuts/frozen blueberries/cinnamon and a piece of dark chocolate)
Starting today
6am wod with Whey shake/supplements/few berries/coconutmilk and greens plus
9am breaky- bison/yams leftover mash
12pm- open face fahita/ chicken./avocado
3pm- larabar - too sweet now.. didnt taste good.
5pm wod
Cant wait to see you guys tonight for the test !!!!!
