Next week! Gonna try to really adhere this week.
Monday:
Breakie: 2 eggs, pear
Lunch: chicken breast, yam, kale chips
Snack: celery with almond butter
Post Wod: Shake
Dinner: spaghetti sauce and zucchini noodles
Tuesday:
Breakie: 2 eggs, around 4 strawberries, coffee with almond milk
Lunch, Snack and Dinner (how boring): spaghetti sauce and zucchini noodles and some carrots at lunch and dinner.
Monday:
Breakie: 2 eggs, pear
Lunch: chicken breast, yam, kale chips
Snack: celery with almond butter

Tuesday:
Breakie: 2 eggs, around 4 strawberries, coffee with almond milk

Paleo Day 11-13
Did pretty good over the weekend and only had a few small cheats with some choco-covered almonds and taste testing my paleo baking!
I def did not eat enough protein today and really felt it at the gym today - was lightheaded all the way through the workout. Pretty amazing....
Breakfast: hemp hearts, banana, almond milk, slivered almonds
Lunch: 2 small test Clif paleo bars from Costco running errands, salad at the NAAM and an apple juice
Snack: 1 paleo muffin
Post workout dinner: buffalo burger patty and three corn tacos - yes I ate the shells! It was a free dinner from my friend ...
