Good morning everyone !!

Wow wish I could have slept in today...tired.

530am up..6am breaky- 1 organic chicken sausage/ paleo cereal- coconut milk, walnuts, berries/ cinnamon

10am-leftover meatloaf

Lunch: 4oz chicken on broccoli
snack- 1 paleo muffin/walnuts
WOD
Dinner- Chicken curry on steamed vegggies/yam / 2 scoops of almond butter dipped in raw cacao powder (Erin you would like) and green tea

Up early to catch flight to Edmonton...glad it is not -30, only -7! Very Happy

Lemon water and oil before leaving home.

Breakfast - omelete and sausage compliments of Air Canada!
Snack - celery and almond butter
Lunch - Cabbage salad with mushroom and chicken, almonds on top
Snack - Luna bar, apple
Dinner - chicken wrap minus the wrap, grilled vegetable salad and almonds.

I feel like I am not getting enough veggies, at least the leafy green kind or enough water. Need to ramp that up.

I slept in! hurray! I haven't been able to sleep past 7:30am, maybe 8am in at least a couple months. Even on weekends, I'll plan to sleep in and keep waking up early. Anyhow, slept till 11! I was starving when I woke up.

1L water

11:30) 3 eggs, 2 small chicken sausages, sauteed chard and spinach, supplements, fish oil.

3:30) chicken apple hash

7:30) half a small bowl of curry beef stew, 2 celery sticks with almond butter

8:30) corned beef hash, poached pears in coconut milk

Think I must be detoxing still or not eating enough veggies or something cause I feel like this guy today --> No

I have a hunch that lack of veggies is what did it and I will try to at least double my intake of veggies this week.

UA: Lemon water and glutamine
Breakfast: 1 Bison blueberry sausage + 1/2 sweet potato fried up
Snack: 4 slices salami (this may be what did me in today)
Snack: bought a pineapple- ate some while cutting it up
Lunch: bunch of purple cabbage + 2 eggs
Dinner: Really not feeling well- skipped dinner, had a bit of pineapple before bed.

Snack: Celery with a little almond butter
Lunch: Salad with balsamic dress with 2 hard boiled eggs
Dinner: Chicken casserole with a piece of celery w almond butter and a pear for dessert
Snack: Will probably have some veggies later on

Breakie: whey shake, with coconut milk, banana, some frozen fruit (um yeah - my belly officially hates whey. I may have to get some rice protein?? Advice?)

Lunch: Turkey Chili (picked out the beans), orange
Dinner: Starved when I got home and had a craving for bacon and eggs. Also ate a pile of kale chips and some nuts.

Going to sample some Thai beef that I made after dinner...

Too much fruit and nuts as of late. And not enough working out! Thursday!

After today I'm focusing on smaller portions and less snacking. I need to cut some calories this week.

730am - hot water w/lemon, berry paleo muffin
930am - one hard boiled egg and chicken sausage, pear w/almond butter
1230pm - small chicken taco salad: chicken, lettuce, avocada, salsa
2pm - snacked on some trail mix (full handful total of almonds/walnuts/coconut/goji berries
Dinner - 6 oz steak and asparagus. I ate a lot of steak, but it was so good!

So tomorrow I'm cutting out the trail mix and one other snack...probably the pear.

8:15 Egg 2 hardboiled

12:00 Albacore Tuna 1 serving
Steamed Broccoli 1 serving
Mushrooms a few
13:45 Coffee 1 cup
17:00 Almond milk 2 cups
19:00 Coconut butter 1 tsp
Zinc 22.5mg
Magnesium 50mg
Fish Oil 1 tbsp
Zucchini 1/2 whole
Beef Tenderloin 120g

Cutting down on the nuts & seeds as per Popeye's advice - not sure if it's the placebo effect or what, but my stomach feels much better today. Just discovered coconut oil, too - damn that stuff is good!

Yay to everyone making it half way!! Whooo hoo! Razz queen king

Breakfast - 5 tbsp hemp hearts, blueberries, almonds and sunflower seeds with coconut milk. (thought it would be gross but it was good actually!)

*anyone feeling backed up - I highly recommend hemp hearts - TONS of fibre and they are a complete protein. I am not usually hungry for 4-5hrs after this breakfast. Should get you going if ya know what I mean Wink

Lunch - big bowl of Moroccan chicken stew with almond butter

Dinner - roast beast and Morrocan stew (minus chicken)

Dessert - 1 apple with almond butter

Liquids all day were = David's tea Goji Pop (SO GOOD!) and electrolyte water after work out.
