Guten tag peh leigh augh peeps, another week of delicious delicacies from our environment of evolutionary adaptedness! Post away!!

Monday

UP: Lemon water + fish oil
Breakfast: 2 eggs + cabbage + sweet potato + lamb sausage
Snack: treat left by a bunny
Lunch: lamb sausage + cabbage + sweet potato
Snack: apple
Post work out: IF
Dinner: beef coconut curry + broccoli + sweet potato

TUESDAY

UP: lemon water + fish oil
Breakfast: protein shake + banana w/ h20
Snack: larabar
Lunch: coconut beef curry + sweet potato + broccoli
Snack: apple
Post wod: nada, no agua in the gyma
Dinner: 2 chicken breast w/ broccoli and hot sauce
Desert: paleo chocolate

WEDNESDAY

UP: lemon water (forgot FO)
Breakfast: 5 strips bacon + 2 eggs
Snack: 1.5 spicy lamb sausage
Lunch: beef stir fry w/ mushrooms + bok choi + onion + cashews
Snack: IF
Post wod: Protein shake
Dinner: WP burrito bowl

THURSDAY
Up: lemon water + FO
Breakfast: bacon + eggs
Snack: Orange
Lunch: 3 chicken thighs + purple cabbage + sm. sweet potato
Post wod: protein shake
Dinner: pork chop + purple cabbage + sweet potato

FRIDAY
UP: Fish oil + LW
Breakfast: Bacon + eggs + sweet potato
Snack: applepear
Lunch: NOT PALEO chicken + beef + lamb tacos w/ corn tortillas, I'm calling it PALEO TIME TRAVEL!

A fresh week of Paleo .. Goal: going 100% Mon-Fri.
Monday

Breakfast: Bacon/eggs/ Fruit/
Snack- Larabar
Lunch- chicken/salad/paleo crackers
Snack- paleo chocolate
Dinner- Beef /yam /Veg

Tuesday
Breakfast-Eggs/fruit
Snack-larabar
Lunch-chicken stirfry/ broc.
Snack- paleo crackers
WOD
Dinner - beef /spinach/ eggplant (curry) soooooo goood ! Smile
2 spoonfuls of Coconut ice cream.

Wednesday
Breakfast- eggs/bacon
Snack
Lunch-chicken/yam stew
Snack-larabar
Dinner- salmon/tuna salad

Thursday
Breakfast-eggs/fruit
snack-
Lunch-chicken/beef burrito bowl-no beans/no rice
Snack- 1 bison pepperoni stick
Dinner- Coconut ground chicken on Yam/cauliflower Very Happy

Is this like going to confession? I'll be 100% paleo from Tuesday-Friday. But the whole weekend (Saturday-Monday) was the furthest thing from paleo, and I enjoyed every bite of it, lol!

9:30am) eggs and bacon, sun is shining greens powder
