Hope everyone survived the weekend! Final push through that first 2 weeks and then it's easy as paleo pie.

upon arising from a state of sleep...
20g protein, 2 handfulls berries, half can coconut milk, almond milk, fish oil.
Pre early morning wod.
Wod + coach
bfast: 4 eggs 4 bacon + coconut water
Long ass day at work... didn't get to eat as much as I should.
Afternoon prewod snack was some celery and almond butter, some jerkey, and a v8 because I worked until 4 and had to wod at 5 and hadn't eaten since breakfast... just needed some calories.
post workout shake
some deli chicken and a coconut water
night time snack, whipped up a fat bar/variation... lots of coconut oil and nuts.

Fresh out of "the sheets"... 1 tbsp fish oil, 1 glass of water w/ squeeze of lemon. + supplements
Meal 1- (10:00) 3 Free range whole eggs, 6 strips of bacon, 1 chicken apple sausage, with mustard for dipping,1/2 an orange, plus 1 more glass of water.
Meal 2-(12:45) small piece of Turkey meat loaf, and some raw veggies.

Monday am ...I'm still not sure how I feel about it...
Am meal - one paleo muffin (yummy) and 2 strips of turkey bacon and a cup of black coffee ....
Snack - half an apple with almond butter...
Today I feel major BLAH....not like this ( and I just really wanted to use that smiley...)
I need to get over this to get back to this.

As soon as I got up at 5:30am I chugged 1L of water and had a hot cup of water with lime juice.
Trained at 6am with 1 more Litre of water then..
8am) 2 eggs, 6 bacon (I had to finish what was in the fridge), 1 kiwi, 2 paleo muffins (and put the other ones in the freezer)
Supplements: Multi vitamin, Vit C, D, B12, zinc, probiotics, fish oil, MSM powder with more vic c
working on my 3rd litre of water, and had another hot water with lime
OK everyone! Cross your fingers I don't get food poisoning. The food I cooked for the week last night came off the stove around 10:30pm, and I forgot to put it in the fridge. Put it in the fridge at 5:30 this morning. I've heated it up really well and I'm about to eat it.
1pm) Turkey meatloaf, and a whole head of broccoli. And I have no willpower, the last 2 paleo muffins are defrosting in the oven. Freezing doesn't work for me, Robyn. I think I might need you to ration me one/day, lol!
7pm) a couple handfuls of nuts and raisins

I feel like I've been eating so much and should definitely cut down on the muffins, and fruit sugar... but that being said, my original weigh in before paleo was 136, and today I'm 132.4.

Glad to be back in the Monday routine!
Upon waking: 1/2 lemon in water with fish oil.
Breakfast: my paleo muffins turned into cake as I had no muffin trays- think I had a big muffin's worth and 2 oz fried yams. Really felt like I need some starch and fats after bad headache last night. Rolling so far today:bball:.
Snack: handful wall nuts + earl grey tea + h2o
Lunch: Paleo chili (italian sausage + carrots + shrooms + onions + pasta sauce + garlic).
Pumped to try a workout after 7 days of eating clean:bounce:
Snack: small apple + h2o
Post wod: steak bites and COCONUT WATER!
Dinner: Pork loin with carrots beets and greek salad - no feta
Snack: 3 pieces of salami.
Gunna eat big tomorrow

The Sun is out ! yeah...
Meal 1) roast chicken ( hmm.. seems that i eat a lot of chicken the last few days but I just happen to have some cooked so I'm finishing it up ;0 ), cherry tomatoes, couple slices of red pepper and steamed broccoli
WOD today at 6pm..
Meal 2:) Deer steak , sauteed mushrooms/onions in coconut oil , red pepper, celery sticks
Meal 1) roast chicken ( hmm.. seems that i eat a lot of chicken the last few days but I just happen to have some cooked so I'm finishing it up ;0 ), cherry tomatoes, couple slices of red pepper and steamed broccoli

Snack: 1 piece celery and almond butter and 1 paleo muffin
Lunch: Egg scramble with onions, red pepper, and zucchini also had a carrot
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs and a red pepper

Did the WOD today on so little food and 2 coffees, felt a bit weird, but feeling excellent after solid eating this evening. At first I felt kind of sick going 100% paleo, but I think I'm adjusting. Drinking tons of water though, and peeing like once an hour almost clear, so maybe I should cut down on the water intake?

Hey Robyn.. I do feel very satiated - i eat good fats and protein and I a good amount of protein ~.7-1g /lb 0f body weight .. Feel really energized and thank you so much for checking in!

Breakie: almond flour pancake I stuffed in my face before leaving the house. When I got to my pracitcum - 2 eggs & orange.
Lunch: 2 sausages, yam and broccoli,

My paleo challenge is going down the toilet in other ways besides food - although my intake of almond has been a little excessive. My training is going to take a serious hit the next little while cause I've been working 12-14 hour days, including weekends for school (yay!), and will need to continue doing so. So needless to say my little cortisol belly is rapidly growing. Argh!!

Snack: little bit of beef jerky
2nd snack while waiting for dinner (I was starving!) Almond flour pancake, with almond butter and 1/2 a little banana.

Breakfast: 5 tbsp hemp hearts, 1/4 blueberries, almond milk, slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, 50/50 glass of water/apple juice
Lunch:

Tacos (minus the cheese, tortillas, and sour cream) meat, tomatoes and

Checked the scale - down in weight so let the leaning continue!

I am doing a cyclical carb increase every 4th day. Today was it and I felt like a rabbit on pot. Seemed to take me a long time to eat each meal as there was a lot of vegetables. This is the first time I have done this. I have been S-L-O-W-L-Y losing weight so my 'foodplan guru' thought this might trick my body to dump at least one LB this week. Good in theory....
